Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Chappes. Le gîte est confortable, propre et joliment décoré. Tout est très fonctionnel et il ne manque rien. La propriété est insolite et l’on s’y sent d’emblée bien. L’accueil de Paul et Christiane est très chaleureux et leurs conseils précieux. La région regorge d’activités et de sites à découvrir, on ne s’ennuie pas.
We stopped here for one night enroute to the south. We wanted something more unusual than a hotel. This was exactly that. An old water electric generator. Christine and Paul are super friendly and organised a local restaurant for our arrival. The weather was hot and we swam in the river with the locals. The accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and we bought some of Christine’s jams to take away. The parking was private and secure which is good with bikes on the back. We would definitely stop here again.
